What, where the fuck did a little kid get that anyway? I wont pass someone below the age of 16 a joint, and thats only because thats when I started smoking it so I would not want to be a hypocrite. How is that kid a drug dealer? He was only offering his friend a smoke. Thats not dealing imo. And those three rolls, I would have to tare them apart and make it into one, with a roach, lol.

Drug dealers are dorks, the government doesnt make any money out of it. (Unless you believe the C.I.A deal coke, which I do) And yet the turtles are the ones who taught me all my stoner words, dude, munchies, cowabunga ect. Hmm
