If it's coming from one of the major chains, Pepperoni. On thinner crust.
If it's coming from Armand's, they can do no wrong.
I've had pretty much all of their specialty pizzas and they're all delicious.
From pizzas loaded with normal pizza stuff (peppers onions sausage pepperoni, whatever) to Hawaiian to BBQ chicken to vegetarian to ones that substitute salsa for tomato sauce and throw on all kinds of delicious.... things that go with salsa.
