The problem is that Japanese developers usually have crushes when they're making games, and only stick to one platform. When they make it for two platforms, things start to get kind of wonky, unless they have the manpower to support it.

Their QA is also pretty different - when the game is done, everybody tests the game and fixes it. It's unusual to have dedicated QA people during development. But, my point is, I really hope they're dedicating their manpower to Valkyria Chronicles 2 instead of porting it to 360 because damn this game is fantastic.
