Hmm.. A film-noir, set in London, in the near-future. The main character is a detective who gets some kind of case (can't really think of details ) and is sent on a cross-European trip. Every city brings him closer to the answer, but in the end, he's left with nothing but a question: Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?

Ok, maybe the ending could be a bit different..
