I don't know, what he does is so much easier than stage acting. They stop, shoot it again. Problem fixed. Kind of seems like bullshit that it would be that hard to get back into character too. The director of photography didn't actually just walk onto set by accident. He started adjusting the lights during the middle of a take in an emotional scene.

This also happened the day he was accused of assaulting two of his family members.

Don't know if that changes anyones opinion or anything but I'm pretty sure he was yelling at the guy for being unprofessional.

This is coming from a person who obviously has no experience with acting or working with actors.

I've had to take university acting classes as part of learning to be a director and it's tough man. Let me tell you.

It's not as easy as flipping on a switch and then boom you're acting. You're trying to realistically portray a character in a certain scenario while in reality you're not really there and there's a shit load of crew doing stuff and lights all over the place.

It's hard to be in the moment and it's even harder when there's crazy shit breaking your concentration.

Also, just because it's a Terminator movie doesn't mean that he's not going to try his hardest to bring his character to life. That's why he gets paid as much as he does. If you went into a project with the mentality that "oh this is a Terminator movie and I won't get any Oscars so I don't have to try that hard" you would NEVER WORK AGAIN.
