Re: Whatcha Readin'?
I just finished The Swap, and I thought it was a charming novel. The ending leaves something to be desired. It's like one of those... crap we are out of pages... let's wrap it up ending.

I like the one where YOU think "Woah, I'm out of pages already? I wish it would have lasted twice as long."
I think I'll be starting on a French kid's book again. Je doit entrainer mon français!!

Re: Whatcha Readin'?
Shouldn't this thread be moved to Comics and Books?
Oh, and I'm reading The Cole Protocol.
It's not too bad. Definitely in my bottom two of the books in the Halo Series though.

Re: Whatcha Readin'?
It's one of those threads that should never be moved, lest they become lost.
I discovered that the French 'kids' book is darn hard! I think it might be written some centuries ago. In some sentences I don't recognize a single word.
I started reading some other French stuff and it was way easier.

Re: Whatcha Readin'?
I read through the Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson (who incidentally will be finishing the Wheel of Time series with Robert Jordan's passing). It was quite good so I picked up his stand-alone novel Elantris which was also excellent.

Yay Terry Pratchett! I'll be starting The Light Fantastic either tonight or tomorrow night.

Re: Whatcha Readin'?
My books are all over the place it seems.
About a spy during the Cold War, not quite sure what side he is on yet.
