Yeah, here it's considered rape.:eek: The punishment wouldn't be too harsh if you were that close in age and both agreed to it though. Then again, it's very unlikely that you'd get caught so...

It comes down to each state's laws. For example, in New Hampshire, for a male, it is illegal to have sex if he you are under the age of 14. Females, 15.
So a 13 year old male and 14 year old female couldn't have sex -- they could both be arrested and charged with statuatory rape.
However and 15 male and 15 female could.. *idea*
