How can you speculate, there hasnt been any information given to speculate, aside from that its more of a med evil theme... which means that there are no cops. TML's a liar!

I'm sure if you'll just reread my post you'll see that I'm actually a Constable, that Martial Law has been declared, and that as the highest ranking member of the army it is my duty to see that the Witches are stamped out. Manasecret is a Witch. Clearly obvious because he uses MANA. How obvious can you get!? Magic user.

No no, it was my mistake, I must have misread his post. But did they have constables back then, and wouldnt the pope be the highest ranking member in the army, seeing as how back then religion ruled all?
