Kick-Ass

A comic series that Danny has recently gotten me into and in turn, I have tried to get Swan into.

Thus far, it is pretty interesting and only 3 issues in so not that difficult to catch-up.

The series, which is told through flashbacks from an unspecified point in the future,[1] features a 15-year-old boy attempting to become a real-life superhero, despite having no powers or any of the stereotypical reasons for choosing to fight crime.

Going to made into a film too. Then again Wanted is a movie based off another of Millar's comics and they completely changed that around. But Kick-Ass is going to be from the director of Layer Cake so I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah, Kick-Ass is pretty sweet. It's a shame that I can only read three issues right now

I reading it as well, and its quite good. When Millar is given the time and ability to write what he likes, he is one of the best, and I also love the fact that he is rarely self-indulgent unlike an Ellis or Moore.

The end of issue 3 is a jaw dropper...

Just letting everyone know that issue 4 is finally out. Only like 2 months after the 3rd one. So we should have a full story in time for x-mas 09
