Flafel is good, but it doesn't make for good left-overs. Once its done, its DONE. It turns into granite overnight

Hahaha, yeah. When me and my girlfriend made them, the recipe said only to fry the amount you wanted each time. She left them in the fridge over night and they were even more delicious when she fried the second batch up because the spices got a chance to mingle.
