Since this is a thread about GTA, Im stuck on missions and have no idea how to beat it.
It's the mission for the crooked cop (the name escapes me, since I've been stuck on it for no reason), where you're atop a roof, and have to snipe someone in a building across the street, but you have to draw him to the window.
And for the life of me, I have no idea how the hell to draw that bastard to the window.

The phone number is obstructed a little, and I waited so long that Packie's brother called me and said to LOOK for a phone number. So the phone thing is definitely the way they want you to do it. I couldn't see the last two numbers so I guessed, and I got it right. |
