Sadly enough, I actually know a few People like this. The people who bought my old house turned it int a disaster, and whenever we drive by it, and see two strrips of the front lawn cut, and the rest the size of a cornfield, we can't help but laugh. My poor old Neighbo, he's a nice guy, and he's a cop. I think He migh have to deal with these people as well. As for the "Bass Machine", you could say that it's similar to my PC which drives anyone under the Subwooffer crazy, but I'm not as supid as this guy.
