I'm not a huge follower of American football, but I like to watch whenever I can. And even though I don't know why Favre is so legendary, I know he is a legend. It's a really great tribute to him, imo.

The cover of NHL 09 Bure, Richard, Gretzky, Yzerman or Roy?

The cover symbolizes one of the best present players. Not one who was good last year.

It's not like he retired 10 years ago. I could understand your point if he had. But I think it's a "current" event.
