Mortal Kombat vs DCU or WTF

You can't say that the xmen vs streetfighter series (including marvel vs streetfighter, marvel vs capcom 1 and 2) and the capcom vs SNK series had anything resembling a good plotline. If memory serves the endings were so damn retarded that they didn't even bother making a seperate ending for each combination of character picks, it just went to the ending of the character that actually beat the game. My opinion on this lies solely in the gameplay, the best fighting games (especially crossovers) rarely have any good plot line. Hell, none cross over fighters sometimes have a dumbass plotline that doesn't make a lick of sense. Take one of my favorite fighters for example, Melty Blood, a fighter based completely on an anime that had like 2 fighting sequences in the entire damn thing!

This isn't going to have a strong story, that much is a given, but a showdown between superman and Shao Khan would be freakin awesome.
