I just have fans, no water cooling for me. My cpu runs fairly cool even under heaviest load (<55). It's a feature of my motherboard. It might also be on other mobos, nut sure. I have the Gigabyte 965P-DS3.
Bought the game this morning and have been playing it since. Fantastic. The Big Daddies can be quite hard if you don't go in with a plan.

Re: BioShock Has Arrived
Yeah, I got beat pretty bad by my first Big Daddy. Eventually killed him though.
I've encountered my second one in a rather large room and I'm not quite sure how I'm going to deal with him yet.

Re: BioShock Has Arrived
I feel like I should be stuffed in a mental institution, because this game doesn't look remotely fun, or enjoyable to me.
It just looks like the same first person stuff, that's been hyped way too much.
Just like most other first person games.
Thanks lot, HL2.

Re: BioShock Has Arrived
To be extremely objective, the game has been over hyped some, but it is still an excellent game. It's nothing earth shattering, but the environments are stunning, the story is excellent and the combat is solid.

Re: BioShock Has Arrived
Fuck Bioshock is awesome. I couldn't get enough of it tonight. I wish I had a whole day to just play it.
But I'm stuck playing Turok. I guess it's alright.

Re: BioShock Has Arrived
i bought the game, woo, i just got to my first big daddy....definitely beatable, just going to require a bit of strategy
i'm playing it on hard and it's definitely providing a challenge, i rescued one of the girls but i might harvest her in the interest of picking up something useful....otherwise, the fire eve is awesome

demonoid has a legit torrent i think, but i don't mind supporting good developers and it looks like lots of hard work and time went into the game, it's very polished. the other thing is the game needs to be web activated, and that's too much trouble when you can just get it at circuit city for 40 bucks

ha, maybe i will, maybe i will....apparently if you save a few you'll get some good stuff
my only complaint about the game so far is that the shotgun feels underpowered, i'm so used to the shotgun blowing away my opponents in one shot at point blank range...but it's hard to hold a grudge when you can set things on fire!
