Madden 08: Full of Bugs

I have nothing against EA. In fact, I like EA Sports a lot more now that Peter Moore is running it, but I have problem with them releasing a game that freezes every half-hour.

Holy crap. That guy has issues.

But for the record. I own Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2, and I have never or very rarely experienced anything that has detracted from my enjoyment of the game.

As far as QA goes, that's really unacceptable. I can't imagine what the PS3 version would be like, either.

It indeed was published by EA...I have noticed that a lot of the games that EA publish but don't actually develop are decent. But...the ones that EA develop...mehhh

but seriously, everything that EA has touched (published or developed) someone has done better...and I'm talking sports, FPSs, racing games...you name it.

EA is the Time Warner of video games, they make a lot of average and sub par games with a few gems here and there, and they market and monopolize like crazy.

I realize that it's not this simple. But when you already have last year's game (Madden 07), and it's basically the same game, how hard can it be to make Madden 08. And this kind of stuff still happens?
