Which Ad looks better?

At first I wasn't sure that the top part and the bottom part of the first ad were even related. The second one is easily better, because the top and bottom work together better to form a better whole.

/yeah, in the first one, I thought the top and bottom images were seperate ads. Yours is definitely better.
