HA!!!! Juarez is a turd in the ground. GRAW portrays it better than it really is. And it is insurgents, NOT juarez residents that you're fighting. Don't act like you people in Juarez can afford an Xbox360 anyways.

Re: Mexican governor orders seizure of GRAW2
But really though, if Mexico released a game where an elite squad of Mexican soldiers fought against an American insurgence in, I dunno, Texas, wouldnt you guys be kind of upset? I mean, aside from the fact that that makes no sense at all.

Heh, I'm sure there are plenty of books about a similar thing. What difference does it make? Besides, I believe a similar thing did take place against santa ana, and I believe texas ended up a US state sooner or later.

Sure they would be upset, and probably complain and protest, but there wouldn't be any government bans. That is the beauty of free speech in a free society. It works both ways. EX: The Dixie Chicks. They came out strongly against the President and their fanbase came out strongly against them for their comments, which is their right. Boycotts are not censorship, as they are controlled by the market (read: people), and not the state and it is a form of free speech. Once the state determines what the people can or cannot see or buy, then that is censorship and a curtailing of freedoms, whether right or wrong.
Now I'm going to go mend the rift between Canada and Mexico in this thread by dumping salsa on a big bowl of poutine and chowing down. Hell, the salsa might even make the sloppy, soggy mass of beefy potatoes edible...
