This is a hard one... I like them both evenly.
Zelda:OoT is great and all... but the only thing that it has over MM is the fact that it came out first.
Majora's Mask has better graphics, a more innovative story line, "fun" temples (instead of the annoying ones in OoT), and simply more things to do (and more ways to play because of the mask). But the fact is, more than 50% of the gameplay elements and the start of the story line are taken from OoT.
If they came out at the same time (like the GBC Zeldas) I think I would like MM more.. hell, I still do like to play MM more. But I'm not gonna sit here and say it's a better game.
For me it's like Comparing Link's awakening to Oracle of seasons...
