I like the community of people we have now, there are no major jerks or spammers or anything like that, everyone is respectful and get along for the most part. My main concern is if we attract new members that are unpleasant or what not.

I think we'd lose a little something in the process though. The quickest way to gain a few more members is probably through affiliation or link-sharing. We're looking into that at the moment but first we need to redefine what our goals are.
