Default True Tales of Treasure: A Treasure's Trove

Two years ago a treasure enthusiest named Michael Stadther released a book called A Treasure's Trove in which he hid the location of 12 tokens across the country. Each token was redeemable for a jewel, and the most valuable jewel was worth about $500,000.

Stadther encoded a poem into his illustrations. The poem indicated that the token were hidden in the knotholes of trees, and that "an even code with one piece nary will spell out the sanctuary". Well as it turns out no where in the book does the letter "Q" appear, so the even code was the alphabet (26 letters) with one piece missing, the letter "Q". Stadther encoded the locations of the tokens using illustrations within the book.

Yes, just recently the last token was found. No one could find anything for about 7 months after the book was released, then when the method by which the token locations were encoded the puzzles began to fall at a regular rate. I worked for a long-#ss time on the "ant" puzzle but could not figure out the correct ordering of the dandelion seeds. See www.atreasurestrove.com for more information.

Stadther has a new hunt starting this September. This time the hunt is for 100 jeweled rings with a combined worth of $2,000,000 and may or may not require physical searching. The new website is www.alchemistdar.com/Public/Home/index.cfm
