Actually these scans look about in line with what I'd expect from a console that isn't trying to compete with the graphical powerhouses of this generation, especially from a game that's still in the making...

I see a few poly edges, fairly bland textures throughout, and very simple shadows...

Though some shots look better than others, and some of it could do with the scan quality...
