well taking into consideration the typography it's in I can only guess one thing,

it says, "Fat GT Elders"

although that was a nice try Teuthida... lol

the blue isn't so bright when the pixels are shrinked in native dimensions and when you zoom in it's very vibrant.... a little trickery is amidst

But yeah...if was as light as in actually picture wouldn't be able to make out anything...

...so I enhanced the color for easier readability..............

Anyone with photoshop know how could tell that that paper was fabricated. If you take the original image and zoom in, there are no traces of blue in ANY form of "Kill GT Elders" or whatever you wanted it to say. I mean, how else would you be so resolute in knowing what it says? If you zoom in on the paper and look it's just a bunch of little notes and numbers. Nothing as apparent as aforementioned memo.

Yes...because I was trying to fool everything that the note was real..........
