Is it on DVD now?

I saw pieces of it when it was playing at the theatre I work at. Too much gore and blood for me.

They showed the first person in the DVD-trailers, hardly a spoiler.

It was a good guy-movie popcorn flick. Maybe worth half a star.

I want to see this just because I know it will be terrible.

It was campy. It was probably an accurate videogame to movie translation, but that's not saying much is it. The doom gameplay, as demonstrated by Doom 3, has worn thin.

I heard it was inaccurate in the fact that one of the main premises, that being demons from hell was changed in the movie to humans turned into demons via genetic experimentation gone awry. Most audiences probably wouldn't care, but Doom fans were most likely disappointed.
