I've got them for 50/100/some of 150. The retro courses are pretty much a given for me.

I actually have more trouble on the retro courses. I didn't really get into the series untill DD. Played a little MK64 before but no 16bitness...well a dribble of Super Circuit but found Konami Crazy Racers to be a much better game so played more of that on GBA.

Got 3 stars for all 50/some for 100/and for some reason more 3 stars on 150 than 100/and so far just two 3 star cups on Mirror.
