I was wondering that as well. Logistically that wouldn't work, unless you think about it as God can is everybody, yet nobody.

Can't you damn people acknowledge religion correctly?
God is three things, as per something called "Holy Trinity".
The Holy Trinity (meaning the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit/"Holy Ghost") denotes God in almost all mainstream Christianity.

I took a history of religion course just to find out what the Holy Ghost is. I still don't know.

It's basically omnipresence. Everywhere, all the time, in our hearts, that sort of thing.
That's why it's often called the Holy Spirit more often.

Re: Man sues Copperfield, Blaine for usurping his powers
Ok, God is everywhere...and the Holy Spirit is everywhere...but what is the difference? If they're the same then why is there a distinction?

The father figure is the person you address when you pray. Or Jesus sometimes. Also viewed as the creator, referencing the seven days of creation and all that.
Jesus is basically the guy, the "son" of god who lived a long time ago and spread the teachings. After the old testament people were like.. "Who is this god guy anyways?"
The Holy Spirit is like the faith that keeps god around us. Like the burning bush in the bible. That's basically a reminder that he's all around.
But don't quote me on any of this. Sunday School was a long time ago.

Ok, Sean, go find me one religion who acknowledges the existance of both Jesus and God as higher powers, but referencing them as two completely different parties.
The fact that the bible - the only true source and beginnings of religions relating to god - references the holy trinity freely, it's hard to argue.
But if you believe there's some crackpot religion that's NOT based on the bible, or it's a heavily, HEAVILY skewed version of it, I'm 100% interested in knowing about it.

Scientology isn't even a religion. It's like an alternative to pschotherapy.

Well I'll take the muslims as an answer (because that was what I was looking for) but Hindu is questionable.
