How much sleep do you get.

I dunno, I get a lot of excersize. Every day but Sunday, usually. However, I might try going to bed earlier just to see what happens. I mean, it's like when you are taking medication. You may still feel bad and think the medecine isn't working, but as soon as you stop the sickness gets a lot worse. I might feel great now, but feel awesome if I slept an extra two hours.

But just out of curiosity, how many hours are people older than 22 supposed to get?
