I was waiting for somebody to say this.
Did you know adolescents (ages 11-22) absolutely
need 9 1/2 hours of sleep every single night? I'm talking us, the majority of this board. I used to believe I only needed 8, and I wondered why I was tired during the day, I sometimes had memory loss, and sometimes I'd seem a bit vacant. I didn't know I was actually missing a whole hour and a half of sleep I should've been getting.
If you get any less, on average as an adolescent, you'll never perform at maximum capacity. For example, your memory won't be up to par. Did you know that students who slept 40 minutes less got C's and D's in school, whereas students who got the extra 40 got A's and B's? On average.
Set a normal sleep pattern, because it makes a difference.

P.S. Also, does anyone snore? And what position do you sleep in? I'm interested.
