I often think this in life, like this one time before I was born, my mother was walking through town, she walked past a shop and then a bit of roof crashed onto the pavement behind her, had she been literally 2 seconds slower for some reason or another, she would be dead, I would never have been born and thus would not be here posting now.

Another situation, if Nintendo never approached Sony asking them to make a CD attachment for the SNES, would Sony be in the computer gaming market now?

Lots of things, strange occurances like this happen in life, its all part of the complex network of 'Life' or as Mufasa (From the lion king) would say, They're all part of the great circle of life.
