I used to have 4-6 cans of pop every day, and about 6 weeks ago I quit drining it cold turkey.

Only time I have any now will be with the company of one of my best friends, Capitan Morgan.

I'm glad you stopped drinking 4-6 cans of soda a day, it's much better for you. I only drink about two cans of soda a week.
