I hardly think that this can be blamed on something so tangable as the Porn Industry. Rape is as much an act of violence as sex, even if it's to a dog. I could blame the Movie or Game Industries just as easily because of the graphic depiction of violence.

Er...I also don't see how pornography could cause someone to act like this. Just because the acts were sexual doesn't mean they are necessarily linked to porn.

You find me one violent crime, aside from rape, that involves ejaculation, and I will write you a formal apology. I'm sure that kid has prolonged sexual abuse in his history, I'm sure he's a trauma survivor, and I'm sure he's been a victim. Does that make what he did any less bad? No.
