The Reputation System Needs to Change

Alright, everyone's reputation has been set to 0. These are the new rules:

• Each user is allowed 10 reputation clicks per day
• You must give reputation to two other users before you can give reputation to the same user again
• I will be watching for reputation circles where you plus rep another member for the sole purpose to increase your reputation (That's you GameMaster, Null, Danchastu, etc)
• Administrators and Moderators now follow the same reputation rules as all other members
