When I read the topic, I thought this was going to be about some news story about the police (whether from America or otherwise) arresting someone for a crime they hadn't actually commited yet (because of substantial evidence pointing towards the suspect doing it in the future) and turning into a political complaint thing about how life sucks and all the freedoms of America (or the indeterminate country) are being taken away.
Or something...
