Now now.... ancient writings suggest Ninja's never fought head to head with anyone. Ninja's knew they stood no chance against fighters and Samurai. Thats why Stealth Assassins became their primed job description.

So, he's definitely not a ninja, but shows knowledge in some form of Martial Art. In ancient scrolls that I was lucky enough to look at, they said a Ninja's Ultimate Technique was 'Running Away' or 'Nige Rou' in Japanese.

The modern Ninja is a variation of the traditional Ninja. It strays from it's Japanese roots and is a role that can be assumed by a man of any color. In fact, I'm in the midst of becoming a modern Ninja, it takes about 10 years. I'll let you guys know when I'm finished. That is a hapless arguement, considering NINJA is a japanese word. So being a Ninja straying from japanese roots is ridiculous. The real name is Shinobi meaning Soft Steps.

Shinobiashi is japanese means stealthy, or soft steps.
Shinobi means sneaky thief.
Ninja means silence in a sense.
Nukenin means exiled ninja.

There is no such thing as a Modern Ninja who strays from his japanese roots and fights head on in battle. It's about assassination, stealth, and surviving. When it comes to head on encounters, the Shinobi will always run away... unless it is fighting another ninja.

And a Shinobi has always been able to be any man of any color, bu there is no such thing as a Modern Ninja. Shinobi do not exist anymore. And I'm not even joking around anymore.
