I think a wig is the way to go... Most of her hair follicles would have been torn off so having 'hair implants' is kinda impossible.

I can't imagine the pain...

Doubt it. She'll need a mohawk stick on thingamajiggy. If it's a wig, the area on the scalp is too small so it'll prolly just flop over.
