It's pretty much a combination of facial features for me. I guess the overall appearance of the face is number one, then the smile, and then her laugh. If the girl has an enchanting laugh, then she is certainly a winner because there's nothing more beautiful than a pretty girl laughing.
Though right after I noticed those things in a girl, I'd have to be "turned on" by her personality. She has to be a bit shy and mysterious (usually) for me to be interested in a girl. I'm not sure exactly how to describe it, but I've seen it in the handful of girls I've had crushes on.
