I like that idea of having the group select a member to review. One thread will be dedicated to each member who requests or is nominated for a review. Then people of the community will input their personal opinions of that person and how they rate as a GameTavern citizen.

I agree with the roasting. Lets call it the roast forum. That way, if someone actually does get roasted, they can't complain about how mean that is.
