I don't think you should pirate when games are readily available at the stores and are still in production. But if they're no longer produced and the system for which they made is no longer produced then I think it's okay. I've downloaded Streets of Rage 1,2, and 3 and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. But I have these games for my Genesis so I'm innocent.

If I get a new xbox, I'm chipping the old one. But I don't play any old games or many new ones anyway so it would be pointless.
