I like it how the hospital first makes people lose weight before they help him. Too many people think a stomach reducal solves everything...

I weighted 75kg some weeks ago, 3kg more than usual. So I'm trying to lose the fat. I haven't been too active in the last 2 months.

I'm 1m83 and I know I'm not too heavy. But I have a tiny fat roll on my abs that I don't like. It's also preventing me from seeing my ab muscles.

So I want to lose some weight.

And when did you lose the '666' in your name?
