How often do you give rep?

I don't +rep all that often, maybe like once a week. I have never -rep someone though.

I like how you get treats(couldn't think of a better word) for more rep. It is better then getting them from your post count. Then someone could just post like crazy and be super treated(?)

And to the duffman/poisenpet/whatever, isn't there a way that you can make it so he can never make another account from his computer?
Then again, it is funny seeing him get banned.
