Oh this is news to me, and it sucks, it used to be you get one name change, you shouldnt be charged. You should however be charged if you change it again after that though. Hey anyway you'll pay for it for him wont you Shooter it's not as if you couldnt spare a few dblns, I still think you hacked into it somehow
