But FFVII is what got me started on FF games. Because it is so damn good and addictingly super fantasticularly awesomeriffic.

Its so good real words cant describe its awesomeness, so I must make up words so your hu-man brains can comprehend.

*Runs out to uy a copy of FFVII*

FFVI is better. FFVII is just overrated, though it is a good game. There are many other RPGs that are a million times better... such as Chrono Cross, the only game in history to get a perfect score from Gamespot.com

People who say FFVII is alright or overrated, didn't play it when it first came out. I had it the first day, it brought me into the FF series. I had never played a game like it. For me, the way I experienced it, FFVII was unbelievable and I'll never forget it. If you play it for the first time years after its release, its not the same. So don't be dissing FFVII you mofos. *shakes fist*

Yeah, its ranked as high as OoT, and yet barely anyone has even heard of the name Chrono Cross.

Except OoT then. And I THINK Shenmue on DC got perfect as well. Okay, it was the only PSX game to get a perfect 10. And Square's only perfect 10 game.

Shenmue? Ha! I think it initially got something like a 6.8, but the reviewer was later convinced (in a once in a lifetime event) that he was a little harsh and bumped it up to 7.8.

And it doesn't matter how many other games on GameSpot got a perfect score; it is still the highest score a game can get, and Chrono Cross deserves it so.....

Grabbing for exclusive straws ("Only game!" "Erm..nevermind... ONly besides Oot! And...uh... only on PSX!") is kind of pointless....

Well, my point was that there are other great RPGs than the mainstream **** like the new FF's.

Just wanted to pipe in and say that Chrono Cross is my all time favorite game.

Continue.

me and gimpy must've played FFVII like AT LEAST 10 times each...although it isn't my favorite FF (i like FFVIII more ) it's still really good, and it was the first playstation game i played as well as being the first FF game i've played.

and now i'm definetly going to hav e to get a PS2 or PStwo or whatever...just to own the entire FF series...after VII that is...
