sometimes it gets boring being a mod considering there is no real need for one on this message baord currently, apparently they find things to do by closing threads.

it does appear that the other was pointlessly closed tho.

I used to play Diablo 2, but now it's gay. Everyone just rushes to Hell and gets their character to level 45 in one day. There are so many level 90 characters it's just not fun anymore.

EDIT: I read Sotney C's reason for closing the other thread. He closed it because he didnt think people wanted to talk about Diablo II, when infact, almost every reply was about it. Rock On.

far to often those months old threads will determinate awfully quickly into off topic ramblings. They also draw the obligatory "LOL, do u realiz this is over a year old?"[sic] posts.

By closing it and forcing another, I refocused the attention onto DII, and prevented the boobery.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Not to sound like a douche, but nobody was off topic in that thread. At least wait until a few posts are off topic, then do it. Dont close it because YOU THINK it will go off topic.

Forced the convo onto DII? Opposed to what everyone was talking about in that thread already? Wait, they were talking about DII.

If anything, it would make more "boobery". Because people will question the unnecesary closing of the thread. And thus, posts like this will occur. Where, if you didnt close it, this would never even come up or happen.

And i wont play Diablo II any time soon. My friend plays it, and frankly, i like having a soul. That game consumes souls at alarming rates. Plus even nerds think that game is really nerdy.

I might borrow it to give it the old college try.

I think I screwed up my paladin... Maybe I shouldn't have maxed out thorns, or maybe I should have put more points into my vitality instead of so many into strength?

I used to play Diablo 2 until my game got messed up and continually gave me the wrong map every time I made a new game.

ok, thats a pretty stupid ass'd reason. it looks more like you wanted something to do with your new found abilities.

if this is the type of stuff you plan on doing, then i guess i was wrong when i said they found the best 3 to pick.

So I was reading and I learnt of the "Enchantress"

Which is basically a melee Sorceress. It's a pretty cool thing. I think to be different if I ever play a sorceress I'll make one.

Paladin still sucks, but I came across a pretty cool armor called IceBlink, and it upped my defense.

Hydrobow is the best bow in the game for an Amazon.

You guys didn't know this?? I don't believe it.

I had 2 99 Sorcs (lighting fire/ Lighting Ice) , 2 99 Amazons, and a Barb.

I once found a ethereal balrog skin. U know how rare that is??? Put a zod rune in it and you've got 2200 def armour.

Had the TAL Set many times over.......lotsa rare helms/armour. Sigh

And yes I did want to reminisce about Diablo II in that other thread that was so rudely closed @.@
