I have a few, only because i love FF so much i cant decide.
But my favourites would probably be Cloud, Seifer and Sephiroth.
Man i love FF games.

Lulu for two big reasons... 
One reason being FFX is the only FF game besides FFXI that I have played long enough to get a connection to, and the other being I just like her attitude and character design. 
Wait... that's 4 reasons then... oh well.
