Sprint SUCKS !!!!

Yeah so I just got off the phone with my cell phone carrier, SPRINT also know as the anal queen of the planet uranus. They somehow decided that by me chaning my plan in may that it doesn't take effect until july even though I did it before my billing cycle. I went from 300 to 500 mins, so what do they do ? they prorate for 7 mins at the 500 min price and they charge me for the extra 104 mins that I talked that month over my 300.. WTF ? Stupid F*ing company, How can they go and Fck people like that ? Someone explain this to me...

Then why do you continue to stay with Sprint?

Anyhow, I don't really have a problem with my provider, Verizon.
The only issue I have is since I took a phone out in my name last summer with T-Mobile, and it didn't work up at my school. So my mom had to get my current phone in her name and took my old one, so if I have any problem with my phone I can't call them from school to ask. I have to tell my mom and well that hardly works.

I too, have Verizon, it doesn't work near my home becuase we're within a hilly zone, once we drive out of it though everything is fine.

And also..I've yet to have a problem with sprint (had them since January)..I pay $80 a month for 700 minutes, Nights starting at 7, Long Distance included in the 700 minutes/;unlimited nights and for their Internet (I don't use as often but sometimes on weekends when I'm at a friends house, I hook it to my computer and go online). If I cut out internet, I'd only be paying $65 but I like downloading one game a month.

A friend can't call anymore because he changed his bank number without telling them. Now they won't hurry and get their money so he can call again.

Yeah... I get 1000 anytime minutes and unlimited nights (start at 7:00PM) and weekends for $40 a month. You guys are getting RAPED.

For what I'm paying, I feel fine with it. If I enter hills, usually hte signal stays up as best as it can, and worst come to worst, switches to either analog roam or digital roam. And the quality of phone calls has been awesome for me (MUCH better then a ****ty land line) and the coverage has been great to me too. So I don't care about the price I'm paying, I'm getting my money's worth.

Well, I think my mom's paying 20 bucks or so a month (cdn) for our cellphone. It has the normal features and text messaging. I couldn't imagine spending what you guys do. That's just nuts.

What plan do you have?

It sounds a bit like T-Mobile, but then a bit like Sprint.

I'm using Midwest Wireless which, as you may have guessed, is only available in the Midwest. So I've got 5 state coverage (5 surrounding states) and then if I'm going out of that are I just extend it to whatever areas need covering. So yeah...
