Yes, but the radio is only allowed to play songs that are released as singles. So if Nirvana wants a song heard, they'll release it. Otherwise, if someone likes what they've heard on the radio, then they will make an effort to hear more. Besides, that's what concerts are for.

We considered things form the 90's to be "new" as well.
90ish....

Re: New Bands Round 1 Nirvana vs. Oasis
was gunna have to get out my kicking boots if Nivana did not win this.
infact, Nirvana should be pretty close to taking all the new bands. should be close with bands like radiohead tho.
although some votes like 3 for oasis make me wonder.

Re: New Bands Round 1 Nirvana vs. Oasis
I listened to a few songs today to make a decision, and the vote goes to Nirvana. They seem to have more musical power.

Yeah!!! Good Idea, maybe they can just put a mask on a pillow on the stage and say its Kurt Cobain.
Radio stations here ( iknow the fox does) plays whatever song smeone requests.
And about the concert thing, you wern't serious were you? For those of you who don't know, Kurt is kind of dead...just a little bit....only an overdose of Heroin and a Shotgun to the face, thats all, i guess he could still do a few tours.
And Dave Grohl, the drummer, hes not tied down to any other bands at all at the momment is he?
( Just incase someone does what they did last time, im not giving you minus reps, just trying to understand what you meant by "concert."

Re: New Bands Round 1 Nirvana vs. Oasis
I love Oasis so much. Wonderwall was the first song I ever learned to play on my guitar, so yeah... Good, great, kick ass stuff.
Nirvana... I like Nirvana. I've got a good bit of their music. But they never hit me like Oasis.

Re: New Bands Round 1 Nirvana vs. Oasis
Nirvana is alright. Some good songs, but yup, over rated. I don't listen much to Oasis but I love "Sad Song".
Meh, I'll vote for Nirvana
