I've only been screwed over once, where they sold my copy to the guy right f****** in front of me. i went up and said:
" I pre-ordered a copy of Vice City"
"I'm sorry, were out"
"What?...i pre-ordered it though, you have to have more in stock"
"Nope, we sold the last one to that guy" *points in direction*
"Did he pre-order it too?"
"no"
"you f****** a******"
And that so far has been my experience with pre-ordering games from EB. I honestly think nazi's run the place.
