No but if it's a sequel in the Chrono Cross/ Chrono Trigger RPG series then I'll have to get a new PS2.

This is all that's known:

Square has registered the name "Crono Break" which will most probably be the next game in the "Crono" series...

Personally, I haven't played the first two Crono games, but I will most definately play this one...

The Chrono series own FF in all it's holes.

This if this ame will be PS2 exlcusive then this is THE must have for any RPG fan.

Well I get bored of fighting too you know.

Looks like I'm going to have to get a new PS2 if this game is real, and a PS2 exclusive.

Any info if PS2+HDD+MODEM bundles will ever be avaliable?

I have to agree. If you haven't played Chrono Cross or Chrono Trigger, you need to get off that chair, go to the closest video game store, and buy Final Fantasy Chronicles and Chrono Cross. While you're there, pick up Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete.

I was just about to post a topic asking about the existance of a new Crono game. IMO that the Crono games are superior to the FFs in every department but character develeopment (I mean with 40+ chars you can't do it!). A new Crono... joy... I wonder what the time/space gimmick will be this time around? Now, let's just hope that Yasunori or Nobuo is doing the music...

The Crono Cross intro music still succeeds to give me chills, and the boss music is very original, not to mention rockin'. Yes. Yasunori Mitshuida forever! Damn I misspelled it didn't I...

The intro movie to Chrono Cross is amazing. I loved it. The boss battle music always gets stuck in my head. And I don't know who produced the music (so I'll go with the guy Glenn mentioned) but the Omni Dragon battle music was amazing.
