Massive cartiledge damage in both knees. Had surgery on the right one which was botched and I never bothered to get surgery on the left. Besides there's not much you can do when you have cartiledge damage.

2 Herniated discs in the lower back

2 Torn rotator cuffs

Multiple sprains from ankles to groin to hamtring, quadriceps, you name it.

Disclocated shoulder (worst pain I've ever felt)

Multiple fingers breaks. I never bothered to count since I used to just tape my fingers together and go back out on the field. Now my right ring finger sort of points in its own direction. Its part of the life of a D-lineman.

If you'r wondering, I played Football (American), wrestled and played Rugby.

I've only had minor injuries in sports, but in grade 5, after a whole camp of soccer and soccer tryouts, I got tendonitis in my right ankle, and it put me out of commission for a while. Aside from that, I've had nothing serious at all.

Just a bunch of sprained ankles, dislocated fingers, and last year I strained both my quads.

I broke one of my legs one time at a family reunion playing 'Touch' football. The guy ( im pretty sure he was my cousin) was mad that we were winning, so he decided to tackel me repeatedly until he inflicted so much pain an ambulance had to come. One of the oh so more reasons why i love my family
