What could they possibly do with it?
Quote:
"May 14, 2004 - As reported today on Gamesradar, two unidentified people attending E3 yesterday made off with the demo code for Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. The one-level demo has been on display at Sony and Konami's booths.

According to reports, the two thieves, believed to be young men between 19-20 years old, cracked the case protecting the demo PS2 and leaned against the unit until they were able to eject the disc. They then made a mad dash for the doors.

The LAPD are currently investigating the situation, though details about the perpetrators are still unknown. We've heard no official comment from Konami, Sony, or the Los Angeles Convention Center so far, but we'll keep you updated with developments as they come in."

People were making it sound like you could get the game's source code from it... But then other people said no you couldn't...

Other than that um... Well.... If they could make everybody forget they stole it, I bet it would go for a pretty penny on Ebay

That's cool. I hope they defeat the system by not getting caught and doing with the code whatever they desire.

Didnt they do the same thing at E3 2000?

They stole the then new GameCube controller, and sold it on ebay for $10,000.

I can't wait for Snake Eater. It'll be funtastic.

I'm surprised those guys were able to pull off such a daring heist.

Security will probably be tighter next year because of this.
